Time Cost of Procrastination test interpretation:
Minutes, up to less than 1 hour – that’s amazing.
You hardly procrastinate at all. Less than 1% of the world can consistently function at this level.
1 to under 2 hours or more – nice. That’s about the time it takes for most people to eat.
2 hours to under 3 hours – pretty good. This is the minimum amount of cognitive flow time multi-taskers lose to task switching daily.
3 hours, to under 4.5 hours – not too bad. That’s about the amount of time most people spend eating and tending to personal hygiene daily.
4.5 hours up to under 6 hours – at this level, it’s already possible that you don’t get any consistent deep work done daily, that you’re unable to consistently produce the difficult-to-copy, mentally demanding, very high value work that the world would handsomely reward you for.
6 hours, up to under 7 hours – your ability to strategically plan your days and produce highly valuable deep work is likely compromised.
